*Please clean all pellets out of hopper before cleaning. Pellets should not be kept in Hopper over summer due to moisture accumulation.

**If determined to be necessary to power clean a chimney at initial inspection, servicemen will prepare chimney for drying out of creosote and note that chimney cleaning will need rescheduled in August 2008. Customer will be billed $50 minimum trip charge plus labor time.

Terms and limitations: 1) Special Spring 2008 rates are based on typical amount of time to complete such service. Extended labor time will be billed at $15 per 15-minute interval per person. 2) For liability reasons, AES Hearthplace requires all appliances and chimneys to meet state, local, and National Fireplace Protection Agency codes and requirements. All services start with an inspection.
